About

Bailey McCarthy is a Buffalo-based graphic designer and visual artist. She earned her BFA in Graphic Design at Buffalo State University, where she interns at the Bulger Design and Print Center. Her work has been displayed at The Burchfield Penny Art Center in Buffalo, The Carnegie Art Center in North Tonawanda, and Buffalo State’s Czurles-Nelson Gallery. In 2023, she received two silver Addy Awards in the student division at the AAF Buffalo Advertising Awards.
Her gravitation towards bold, vintage, and colorful designs has given way to her unique style and vision. She is inspired by the media she grew up with in the late 90’s, as well as American mid-century design.
When she isn’t designing, she enjoys going on walks with her Golden Doodle, Dolly, reading, expanding her cooking repertoire, and playing video games.
You can find more of her work on Instagram.
